PTCL offers any of the following ONTs as CPE for FlashFiber connections. The equipment vendor varies depending on what is installed at the exchange in your area.

Dual band ONTs are typically installed as standard on connections over 50 Mbps.

For me personally PTCL has shown a lot of improvement since I moved here around 2 years ago but still lacks behind in gaming and streaming department. Hopefully they can do something about this in the next 5 years

Anybody experiencing high pings lately? Also i am not getting consistent 160 ping in EU, Sometimes it messes up the route and i get like 330 ping in EU. :/

P.S: I have tried different ip pools 39.XX 182.XXX i am facing this same issue.

Seems like a major issue with PIE backend. Within PTCL network it's showing latency of up to 200 ms.

Yes it is down. StormFiber, Zong and anyone using PIE right now is screwed.

Jazz works fine since it's on Transworld.

I am, everything died for 30 mins and now snail speed.

Yep. I am using a VPN right now. W/o it I was unable to load anything.

Can confirm. I thought it's due to rain as it usually happens in my area but the stats are normal.

Speed is back to normal but idk if it is normal to get 4-6 mbps download and 1-2mbps upload when doing speed test to a European server (France) on a "25 mbps package".
