Anyone from PTCL having decent pings to Europe recently? From what I've heard PTCL is actively engaged in route optimization and peering initiatives to achieve lower latency and an improved user experience for gaming on European and Asian servers.
Using StormFiber and being on PIE upstream, I can confirm this. Have been getting the lowest possible pings to EUW for the first time.

Exchange guy said maybe Monday or Tuesday. But it's ok. I mean, at least there's fiber coming into my bedroom now so :tv: Kabhi na kabhi to on karaingay na.
Frankfurt (AWS) = 130 ms
Singapore (AWS) = 100 ms
London (AWS) = 140 ms
Ireland (AWS) = 150 ms
All are on 39.40 pool.
Would be great if they could optimize Discord Voice chat servers as well. The Singapore server on Discord comes up at 200 ms, and the EU ones aren't much better.

I don't think that is practically achievable man. Can you ask him to share traceroute? Being on FTTH and having optimal pings optimized, my ping to sgp hovers over 78 to 85 ms even with 8 hops only. But I never get below 78. The lowest I've seen is 75 ms people using transworld, that's about it.
The way Fortnite displays pings is unreliable. They keep screwing things up with updates. They even made a Reddit thread about it. Don't believe the pings shown in game always. Pinging the server over a wired connection, or even pinging directly from your router (if it has that feature), should give you reliable results.
I was playing on EU the other day, and it showed 100-110 ms, which is obviously impossible. I've never gotten below 120 on European servers.
Basti ptcl fibre is hit by delays.
Some guys came to my street today and now they are attaching the outer pipes to outside wall (previous they were not attached).
I asked them and they said that QA team at ptcl wasnt happy with the pevious edployment and so they are doing this on every house, thats why it is being delayed here

My connection is down again, and last time it went down, was coincidentally the same day that connections were being installed in Wah.
Connections could be from the same MSAG which would explain why mine is down again. I sincerely hope it doesn't take them 12 hours to restore it this time.

You reap what you sow. This is what happens when you take away choice from consumers. Even with 88% split going to developers, they can't recoup costs. Meanwhile, Helldivers 2 is a massive hit for Sony thanks in big part to Steam.
