ptcl workers are hudhraam no planning no time frame no deadlines for any upgrades i was told by ptcl exchange aap ka masla hul nae ho skta hum say aap court main jain

They won't install your connection the way you're dealing with them . I have constantly bug them everyday I ask them when my connection going to be installed . After 30 days of continuous bugging they finally installed my connection but end up having uploading speed issue .

I am talking to them almost daily .. its not that I am not bothering them .. I am bothering them alot but it seems they are least bothered .. I will get my refund next month hopefully

They are too unprofessional to do this. They are not threatened by any competitors here so they have no pressure whatsoever.

Has anyone experienced the magic of Naya Exchange yet? Ive been told that my exchange will start deploying fiber to every node in the area. So everyone will have the option for vdsl. At the moment i can get 8 mbps as im 1.5 km away from fiber ont. In a month they say I will be 100 meters away and get 50mbps vdsl.

By the way this is raiwind road area. They also say they will start deploying GPON to lake city residents

Most, if not all people in this thread who have VDSL/GPON have had their exchanges upgraded as part of NTP.

Aside from shit pings on some IP pools, the stability and speeds seem quite good.

It's said to ask them to "turn off interleaving from your line".

Seeing that fiber vehicle more frequently. They also put some thread in the pipes and tied it off stuff. If they plan to roll out all at once then it's gonna take months. Basti is far behind I think.

They were re-digging 1 street yesterday in basti, rains might have collapsed their lines inside that.
Otherwise the lines and threads to the pipes of each house was done 3 weeks ago

I have seen the fiber roll with the newly installed cabinet beside near Uppal Chowk. Hopefully they will start deploying it soon.

I think that we have at least another month to go before they start deploying connections. Because of all the rain, they have major setbacks.
I have seen ponds build up in those cement on the ground. That probably ruined some of their equipment as a result.
For safe measure, Let's assume 2 months...

but why i am getting symmetrical speed
