My room is a mess with all the dirt I track in. Even in other places I've seen dirty footprints of mud on the floor. They should've taken a week tops to quickly dug up and finish the installation process.
Should've focused on one area and dealt with that quickly before moving on to the next. They're trying to do multiple places at once.

my port is locked to 2mb connection and no one is able to unlock is so far. In their system it is showing 15mb but on my end it is still 2mb and they are able to see my modem stats for 2mb through their system. Someone has locked my port to 2mb with administrative access i think

i have been going to exchange everyday since 4th January no one is able to unlock my port so far it is locked or i don't know whats wrong with it. Today i went to exchange again and they did something again, now i am stuck with no internet my modem is showing no signal. In the evening i went to ask whats the status they told me it is stuck in processing

PTCL is so screwed up here due to ongoing digging and stuff. Every now and then they cut some wire and then the phone goes dead along with crawling internet speeds.

PTCL HG-150ub modem is comparable to TP link TD-W9970 both use same Broadcom chip for DSL and specs are same. Good offering by PTCL
but price difference is huge you get tplink td-w9970 modem for 6000rps in local market but ptcl is offering this modem for 2500rps

PTCL has been total dog s**t for me here in WT, Lahore. I have VDSL with their new transformed exchange which is congested because these idiots gave away free upgrades. Don't know what they brag about with their exchange transformation project its a total joke and my line stats are fine but the service is totally crap and so is their customer support and whenever I contact them the very next day I get a reply that the issue has been fixed but its still not as usual and there are no other alternatives available I am so screwed. So tired of this crap. Largest provider in Pakistan with the most pathetic service ever. They waste their revenue on bragging about their crap service and not actually investing in it.
