I don't need it lol.. I am good with 25Mbps, I will see if I want 50Mbps.. Then only I will upgrade.. Otherwise 25Mbps is more than enough for me..

Don`t every pay anything up front to Fiber link . They are the worst service ever. Check "Tech-Aches" Group at facebook , lots of stories are posted their by people all over. I think there is even a whatsapp group of people who paid upfront and have been waiting for months for their connection

your rate is a bit low for 10mb what speed do you get on speedtest ??
here is my profile .Steam gives me around 1.2Mb avg while downloading

mein nay bhi yehi same sawal ptcl say poocha woh kehtay hain app ko new fresh port assign hoti hai jo 3 din theek chalti hai lakin jab woh old hoti hai same problem arise again main problem is noise in the line woh yeh solve nahin karte due to lazy lineman and other staff

Every PTCL user should be aiming to upgrade to VDSL or fiber. Keeping calling them on weekly basis to upgrade your exchange, if they haven't yet.

PTCL is very pathetic. Upgraded my VDSL to 20mbps but hardly getting 1MBps on steam and IDM downloads during peak hours. Just unacceptable. If these greedy stupid idiots don't have the capacity then why the hell are they offering up to 100mbps packages? Only offer low speed packages so that everyone can enjoy full speeds 24/7 and stay under their bandwidth demands. Apni aukaat mai rehain ye loog. Greedy pricks I tell you. I also get 70ms to some local servers and i used to get lower than 70ms from Saudi Arabia to Europe FFS.

Yep I'm starting to notice browsing issues. Are those damned sharks back at it again, chewing up those juicy undersea cables? Or is it just their shitty infra-structure? Who knows.
