I've noticed the following changes in Dota2:

SEA ping went from 110 to 160 (ping to sgp-1 and sgp-2 says 190).
EU ping has stayed the same at 180.

However, I recently updated my BF1 (I had quit since the ping had gone up to 250 a few months ago). My BF1 ping now is 155 which is the lowest I've ever seen.

Current IP is 39.50. and I'm not in the 'good' areas (Karachi/Lahore/Islamabad). I am on fast path though.

Good areas.. Fiber access and generally lower ping. For instance Karachi will always have a ping advantage over Islamabad.

Fast path = when you turn off the interleaver on your connection. A 20ish ms improvement in ping.

Ping in BFI is 149 today.

There's literally an option to NOT type the operator reference number.

Just click no and don't type one.

PTCL is throttling again. Looks like a daily thing now. And this is a VDSL 50 MB connection. This proves that PTCL slows down the internet for all types of connections. It doesn't matter how much you are paying them.
Happens from evening all the way till 2 am.

We're effed.

Same is happening with me, I am also on 50 MB VDSL. Pings are hovering between 250 to 300 MS from last 15 days. Unfortunately, PTCL doesn't know anything what PING is and whats it's importance. They only know browsing, downloading, disconnections and End of story. Someone needs to tell them PING kia hoti hay????????????????? and they should hire technical staff who can optimize routes for better pings and who at least know the definition of PING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111

Definitely agree with you man, they have no fucking idea what "ping" is. I have contacted like 20+ of their customer support members and they don't know anything about it.

You sure ? Pings are back to 155-160ms for EU for me for the past 15-20 days. On VPN i get 135-140 , while without VPN i get 155-160ms to EU-UK. I am on the 39.50 IP pool

My 20Mbps VDSL works good. No problems at all.. Getting 170ms ping to EU and 120ms on Sjngapore

Anyone else facing this issue for PTCL broadband?

It is also "sporadic." A few non-google sites are working, others are loading very slow.

You still using CloudFlare's DNS?

I'm switching back and forth between that and Google's DNS, but browsing is still quite crap. Some sites just won't load at all, and some load but only after refreshing them like 6 times.
