i am waiting for our exchange transform . i call many time but they not know about it. how many time require for it . and also my line man not about vdsl . when i say it for vdsl . he say what is vdsl
I asked first on twitter and then asked my dsl guy to upgrade my package... Its been a day now maybe tomorrow it will be done...

My number is upgraded to 20 mbps in seconds via 1218, try it. My exchange is saddar rawalpindi cantt, i wll share ss when i reached home...
Awesome man.. Maybe i was on rentention discount for three months, thats why they told me to visit the exchange.. Share your line stats too... I am hoping that my package will be upgraded today.

VDSL is not available in my area. I am from Kabirwala. Plus i think they charge way more for the VDSL device.

if ur connection wasn't upgraded within 5-15 mins of placing the order then it will take 2-3 weeks to upgrade.. keep calling 1236 everyday + contact ptcl cares on twitter and ask them to upgrade ur package. or if u know sumone from the exchange, get it done from there. tht's the easiest way.
I am calling daily and getting really angry on the phone as well... I have DSL guy's number as well, i called him and he also said there is an error in the system so it will be done today, he says this everyday... I will call them again tomorrow
