First of all really appreciate all the great people contributing to this awesome thread here. I only read few pages & found some useful information.
OK, so I've been using PTCL 4MB Broadband for a long time (like over 10 years) but this year has been worst for me compared to the past.
I've been getting very poor performance, specially uploading speed is mostly around 0.1 to 0.2.
I matched my connection stats with the stats given in this post & it confirms that its a D.B issue.

And whenever I put even a small 5MB file in Dropbox and it starts upload, it literally jams my whole internet.
I've filed multiple complaints and its been for a while that the PTCL staff customer service keeps telling me the D.B (Distribution Box) is like 40 years old, cables are old and rotten in it, that's why I'm getting this issue. They also told me that unless their superior boss allows this D.B change, they can't do anything about it. And for no reason their superior is not allowing it.
I've also mailed PTA 3 times last month explaining the whole details but not even a call from them or pTCL yet!
What should I do now?
