Are you sure you get your port speed increased by 2 mb after signing up for PTCL smart tv app (no set top box; JUST APP).

Internet is finally fixed and pings are back to normal for me. Yay!

I get perfect 3.3- 3.4mbps download speeds on my 4Mb package . But extremely horrible upload speeds. Do they offer better upload speeds at some cost ?

Anyone know any setting etc to keep a good Upload speed going ? my download speeds are perfect but uploads crap out a lot which affects online gaming ? any help
Same here. Twitter and some gaming forums including (PAk GAMERS) are working fine. While facebook and YTPAK are working really slow and sometimes they don't even open.
