upgraded to 25mbps vdsl but my ping got high after upgradation before that from the day of my vdsl installation i was getting ping of 6 or 7 ms to pakistani servers and of 30ms in csgo
but now my ping is 30ms to pakistani servers and 60ms in csgo,
is there any solution and i am on fast path of vdsl not interleaved doesnt use iptv and landline
heres my today result after upgradation

call 1218 they will upgrade it in 15 to 20 minutes live chat will also work

Your pings seem fine. Maybe around 5-10 ms higher than normal.

Try and find the server IP for CS, since it seems like an issue isolated to that.

GPON and ADSL are 2 different things.

GPON supports symmetrical upload and download speeds.

If through Live Chat I order VDSL and the CSR says "Details are forwarded sir, it will be activated within 48 hours" + also gives me ticket #, is that like I'll get VDSL 100%?

I'm not having that much high hopes on this, so what do you guys says?

Live Chat is the worst place to get things done. It's as if the 'requests forwarded' from there go into a black hole.

No point ordering VDSL through Live Chat or 1218, unless you have full 100% confirmation that it is available in your area by inquiring from the exchange.

Besides, realistically, it is impossible for PTCL to provide a VDSL line within 48 hours to an area where it isn't currently available.

They changed it from 3,000 to 7,500 to cover the enormous cost of this mass FTTH rollout that they're doing. Normal installation charges also went up from 12,000 to 15,000.
