yaar bhai wah cantt mein yehi masla hai atleast VDSL ho tou banda 10mb+ dsl use kar laay mein khud stuck hoon 4mb per due to bad infrastructure.

yar yehi tu messla hai main 3 say 4 month say try ker rha hon vdsl ka lakin yeh agay say kehtay hain wahan vdsl card ni hai. agay say poucho koi time frame kab tak lag jay ga yehi jawab milta hai bout muskil hai abi. isay khetay hain jisa pata ni kia lagana hai jo bout muskil hai abi. is liay main yeh pouchna cha rha tha kay vdsl card kisa hota hai aur yeh expansive aur is kay liay fiber cable hoti hai?

app ki exchange ka hai basti main ya taxila jamilabad wali hai main exchange?

Merai khayal sai Basti wali hi hogi kyun kai Taxila wali bohat dur hai wou tou 2mb stable internet bhi nai provide kar paye gi basti wale logo ko. Mai khud Officers Colony mai rehta hu. 10mb chala raha hu... Pata nai kesai chal raha hai :/

Most of the time it is 17,000+. Sometimes 16,000.
SNR is 144/113.

Area is Officer's Colony.

haan sahi keh rahay hain.waisay officer colony ki cabinet kafi behtar hai mujhe lineman nay yehi kaha tha agr ap ko 10mb dsl use karna hai tou app apna landline number officer colony wali cabinet per transfer karwa lain basti wali cabinet 2mb tak support karti hai

Interleaving is ON by default. Turning it off improves ping a bit but requires a very good line.

PTCL walas mostly don't know how to. My port recently got changed and the new one has interleaving on. I have been trying to get it changed to FAST for the past week.. no luck yet.

meri tou ATM hai

By default interleave hi hoti hai merai khayal sai aapkai router mai directly show nai karta hoga. Agar delay 1ms sai zyada hai statistics wale page par upload ya download ka tou aapki line interleaving mode par hai.

Personally, I don't think with those line stats you'd have much margin to switch to fast-path as the SNR would drop even further. Although, Trying it out won't hurt one bit. You can try tweeting [MENTION=24169]ptcl[/MENTION]cares and he'll be of better assistance.

btw aapkai line stats mjh sai behtar hai thore sai. Officers Colony kai shuru mai rehtai hai kya aap? Mai Officers Colony kai end mai rehta hu Phase 4. Yaha barely 10mb chal raha hai aur shaam kai waqt 5-7mb tak aata hai sirf.

Anyone using Smart TV PC app (VLC)? Mine not working since I switched to VDSL and PTCL representative saying that this service is no longer available, only web based smart tv is available. Please confirm.

I have been on fast path for the past few years. I live in the middle. I've very rarely had serious trouble with my connection. I had them replace my entire wire and DP box last year.

This is 100% due to bad line. Only way out is to get a line man and get it sorted through "other means."
