Same here in khi. now internet nt working or when works it gives 5 to 20 KB/s on my 8 mb dsl.

But smart tv working fine n line stats r alao fine.

I may not have great information regarding your VDSL order. According to a contact I have at PTCL HQ, there is currently a shortage of VDSL cards for PTCL. So, almost all new VDSL orders are to be kept pending until sufficient amount of VDSL cards arrive. May I know in which city do you reside?

okay so i just came back from my exchange and they handed over the modem to me and told me that once ur current 20mb package stops working, plug in the vdsl modem. met with dsl incharge and he told me tht there are 5 more people in my area who have opted for 50mb line and still waiting. regarding tht email thing, he told me that ZTE is incharge of fiber/vdsl setup and tht they have emailed them to upgrade my port. will wait a day or 2 to see if anything happens..

PTCL is still moody but Jazz 4G is working perfectly fine now.

I am on Warid and can confirm that LTE is not topping 20 kbps. Maybe Jazz hum se sautelon vala kr rhe hain lol.

It's Saturday guys. The usual time when PTCL f up, not surprising.

Though ping on dota dubai server is going 70 and then bouncing to 200, which is a good sign that routing is going to be settled again after this issue.
