Is there any significant advantage in doing A-levels from a school? I'm planning on private to save funds also I will be going to Ireland after my A-levels. Will doing private affect anything?

Heart and mind says Further, everyone else says History.

Loathe History. I'm thinking of FM and Econ. If FM is too hot, I'll drop it. If I think i can manage, I'll leave Econ.

If you plan to loose weight then Further it is.

It shouldn't affect anything imo. Privately or not, average to above average unis take students easily. Only in big ass unis do you have to have some co-curricular activities from school like badminton, table tennis, debate etc.

I am lucky to found a dedicated thread for O-levels actually my niece is giving her papers this time i wanted to know where to get the books! i found one link. but then i think its not enough can you guide me on this..

Secondly, what books do you need. I mean, which subjects do you need them for? With their names (i'll let you know in due course) just head to your nearest bookshop(i'll prefer old-book-shops as they're the best value for money) and get the books!

If I give some exams privately, how will I get the provisional grade sheet to send to my universities? I would need it instantly as I won't have much time afterwards.

in beaconhouse you can get 75% scholorship with 7 A's in o level....

but with 6a you get 50% which according them will not be available since their so called quota is full

Read the Cambridge Alevel book for Physics. It's pinkish black.

Make sure to get application booklet for Chemistry and Physics (required for Chem, not as much needed in Physics if you read the summary applications in Phy book properly)

No. I was just asking. I don't study in Bayview. I only know 2 branches Bayview academy which is next to southshore and Bayview high near Cantt station.

A Level calculus (for normal math. Haven't studied Further) is pretty basic. I'm sure you can easily ace it by doing it from the fat standard book with a red cover and spirals on it.
