Mobilink has new 3g device but a waste no 4g and it's gadget - it built not a known brand plus it has builtin sim. It has external sim slot but don't know if it works or not

I think this is the case with some areas. In areas like Islamabad (and Blue Area where iNCEPTiON sits), Mobilink has their most top notch network equipment, never have I heard any issues for Mobilink users in Islamabad.
Then in some areas, it's very poor and sometimes regardless of showing the H+ Icon, it will lag like crap and be slower than 2G.

Yes you are right I always get 10+ in my uni.
Remember when mobilink had bundle share offer?? Me and my class fellows use that package and finish whole data in 3 days and speed never slowed there.

If I buy the device now and don't get the internet sim, is it possible to go to a franchise later and get a sim activated to be used on the device I purchased? Or do you HAVE to get the sim and device together???

I'm asking this because someone told me that the device is locked to a specific sim which needs to be purchased alongwith the device. So wanted to confirm this.

Telenor has introduced 4G MBB devices and packages. And after seeing package details I have come to the conclusion that Telenor doesn't want to be the part of race between Zong and Mobilink and will be happy to sit on 3rd spot in future.
I mean 20 GB in 1500?? Are you serious telenor guys?? Even Mobilink is providing 30 GB in 1500 and Zong 36 GB in same price with 50% extra data offer.

Wherever and Whichever device you buy of Zong 4G, Sim will be included in device. You have to purchase a bundle along with device upfront, than seller will activate sim and package with BM verification machine. And all devices will be network locked from wherever you purchase. But you can easily get them unlock from any computer market in just 300 Rs. I will suggest you to buy from computet market than Zong CSS because in open market you will get 500 discount on device due to competition, while CSS will sale you on invoice price.

my bro got new unlocked zong 4g wingle from olx in 2k with shipping, put any sim and use it,

but you should buy device which support telenor 4g too

Not necessorily olx, you can get unlocked device from computer market like hafeez center lahore or rex city Fsd new rather than old from olx in 2000. I am not sure about 50% extra data offer availability, you can confirm from zong help line or facebook page by msg. If offer is still their, you have to buy sim alongwith device because that offer is only for sims included in devices, if not than you can buy zong data sim separately and can use it by inserting it into old devices from olx device.

Can wingles be plugged In usb chargers to power them and create a wifi connection within a room?

No diff in terms of speed. And yes you can make a wifi hotspot by plugging in wingle into any usb power socket just like PTCL wingle. I think WiFi range is also same of both devices. Main diff is MiFi has built in battery in it.
