About the Final, I think that Spain will win it. Score could be 2-1, or that it could go into extra time too. Thats because big matches usually go to finals.

Lol you cannot predict the outcome of the match in a game of football, there is too much luck involved. Weather patterns are predicted by forecasting based on previous weather patterns that is completely something else.
