lego movie 2 the second part : 6.5/10
tbh this was just Ok. first one was quite fun and different but this one felt a bit recycled and all.
the kid who would be king: 6.5/10
another king arthur story but this time in a form of a kid and it was quite a bit adventerous too. not bad i'd say
divorce party: 6/10
a chick flick i'd say mostly. was an ok watch. time pass
high life: 7/10
starring edward pattinson in outerspace and baring a child all alone up there. was an interesting watch and good acting

What a fucking movie! Absolutely insane. And the first 20 or so minutes were unlike anything I've seen before. Go see it you guys! An absolute cinema experience; don't bother if you're going to watch it at home. The thuds and the gun porn are meant to be heard on a cinema's sound system.

saw "JOHN WICK 3" AT cinestar IMAX tonight
Man oh man the john wick series isn't coming down any time soon, by each movie they climb atop a new achievement and this third instalment is no different. what an action packed ride through out the movie and not a boring moment at all.
brilliant stuff and without the need of any shaky cams . keanu reeves going solid man. ian mcshane was brilliant as always and so was lance reddick.
halle berry held her own very well in this as well. she was on par with john wick in action and all.

Happy Death Day 2 U: First part was better and in second part they showed why and how it was happening in first part and it was lame. Story was bad but Jesscia Rothe’s acting was superb and that other actress too named Danielle (don’t know her real name). So, overall it was Okish 6.5/10.

a good drama based on the ted bundy killings. zac effron did awesome here being the crazed psycho killer and i can't imagine girls fell for this man i mean wth, sure zac looked good but the real ted bundy was weird lol.

So many doggos ! I liked it more than 2, but less than the 1st one.
I really hope they bring in Carrie Anne Moss for the 4th one and take the Matrix homages to their ultimate conclusion.

Avengers: Endgame...............(8/10) watched in IMAX 3D at Vox Cinema, Dubai. Ah finally after 12 years and 22 movies later MCU concludes! Well not really more movies will still come but at least the Infinity Stone story is over! Well honestly I liked Infinity War more! The last battle in this part felt quite under whelmed, also the buildup was quite long and slow. The part where all the female superheroes showed up cheered a lot of feminists LOL. Anyways could've been better but still worth a watch!
Captain Marvel....................(8/10) watched in HD, I never felt watching this movie in cinema so preferred to watch at home. Brie Larson was quite good as Captain Marvel. Also this movie gave Nick Fury a fair amount of screen time which he always deserved. Overall a nice movie with usual MCU humor! The after credit scene connects with the Endgame! Worth a watch!

SAW ALADDIN at cinestar imax today
Ok so the live action was good. it kinda follows the same as the animated one which i saw as a kid and as i saw the live action it all came back to me even after years before i saw the animated. its mostly that and just a little more added here and there. mena massoud as aladdin was OK nothing special and naomi as jasmine was fine too. will smith now coming to the genie imo lifted the movie up with his acting and all and we can't hate will smith now can we
i won't compare the genie to robin williams as that sir was a legend and his genie will always be my genie but will smith was good as well.

Such a bad movie. The humans were at their worst, but I wouldn't even recommend it for the very average monster fights. The 2014 Godzilla, despite all its wrongs, did one thing right, that is truly show the scale and size of these giants which this movie severely lacked.

Absolutely hated the stupid human characters and their stupid emotional drama and decisions! This movie is about giant monsters fighting each other, I dont wanna see a father running behind his daughter! And screw the critics for saying there was no human element, I felt it was full of human element and less of monsters! Anyways enough ranting, the monster fights were huge and destructive! King Ghidorah was ferocious and so was our true king of monsters, Godzilla!! Deserves to be seen in IMAX and its 10,000 watts powerful sound as when I left the theater my head was pounding cuz of all those roars and explosions but still satisfied from what I saw!!
Pokemon Detective Pikachu........................(8/10) watched in 3D at Neuplex Cinema, Karachi. Well first I gotta be honest, I've never seen any Pokemon related media nor played any game. I only know the character Pikachu and some of the other Pokemons! But man I just loved this movie. Ryan Reynolds voice acting and motion cap was on point. I mean in some scenes he just looked so cute that the whole theater went Awwwwwwww!! CGI was great and the whole kept me entertained. Worth a watch and now can somebody recommend me a good place to start Pokemon?

saw DARK PHOENIX last night at cinestar IMAX
so this movie got quite literally the worse xmen scores ever but that wouldn't stop me from going in to see how bad this was and the fact that this would be the last ever movie from fox studios about xmen so yeah.
well this time i felt the movie had a different direction ofcourse and the camera work etc was quite different from the previous xmen movies i saw. it felt a bit shaky even in no action scenes kinda felt like an indie approach at times like why move the camera during dialogues. was it bad camea work or trying to doing something different hmm
anyways it all comes down the movies plot and such, the previous movies showed us that jean had the phoenix inside her all along but now she gets them again, i mean kinda breaks the timeline of the xmen movies all together.
there are some scenes which defintely were cool to watch especially the end fights etc.
all together it wasn't that bad a movie to watch that critics are making it to be. the cgi was quite good in this as well.
