can you share some more pics -casing is haf xb just want to get an idea --want to a gigabyte type theme which matches the mobo ----red with slight tinge of white or entire casing red -
will spray paints get me the look i want ---smooth finish as casing is black do i have to paint a white coat over this and then re paint red on top --coz its black if i paint in red on black casing i will have to use double paint as it wont give that effect
Depends, I for one .. like distressed look on furniture thus unless I want a super neat look I don't bother with primers and all but since we're mainly talking about spray paints here I think you'll probably want to put a layer of white coat entirely first before making your way to another darker color otherwise it'll take much more red paint to get the paint you want unless you wanna end up with dark maroonish look perhaps.
Spray paints will give you a super finish look, it'll take some practice if you haven't done before to avoid the droplets built up on your casing but that won't take long. Start by practicing on some other pieces of plastic or something to see how your flow of paint is and then take it from there, don't directly apply it on the casing as you might mess it up and will build up a lot of work to clean it up and then do it again so it's best to do it a little on some spare piece of plastic or something else and see how you like that and then take it from there.
As for some pictures, I was generalizing the idea of using stencils because if you get the right PDF files to get the look you want with some help of painter's tape you can get away with something looking like this,

Since both can be done with help of stencils and spray paints. I like matte colors more myself though but your mileage may vary.

Hahaha, I for one would also like black and white theme but I think the red might look good. But then again he wants to match his mobo and this much red will be an overkill unless he plans to mod his components as well.
[MENTION=8932]Dark Sith[/MENTION], [MENTION=4563]opethian[/MENTION] got a point. Doing total red will be an overkill for your build, go with white perhaps or light grey and then add hints of red with the mods and stencils.
