I buy stuff from HSN all the time and never had any problems. Though they have a lot of flaws. They once took an order and asked for advance payment due to high price. I knew that the product was out of stock all over Pakistan and HSN won't be able to get it either so I asked them to first confirm from vendor. They did and it was out of stock and would have been a headache to get the money advance deposit back from them. But their customer service sometimes good as well. But the first person I recommended them to had a problem with them. So it is luck I guess.

I mean it really and I mean no offense:no::heart: but my question is simple why people do not take the advantage of local markets in this type of purchases Online shopping in Pakistan is a total nightmare. it is been proved many times before.

Not always... i might have been lucky but never had problems... the thing is that out of the hundred/dozens whoever gets a problem will shout out the most. When buying electronics there are bound to be some defective pieces and whosoever gets them will have a problem replacing/refunding them because of the limited interaction of the online community. There are many many frauds in the local markets, and their frauds run deeper but they can be handled easily as they are physically in front of you. HSN is most used i guess, and i never had any problems with them. I recommended it to a cousin to try it out as a phone was being sold for 86k in the local market while it was about 74k online. The only reason anyone goes to online stuff is the price( i don't know any other reason) and maybe variety. He got a defected piece(signal dropping issues, not a big problem at all) but he himself was responsible when he didn't avail the 7day check warranty and could have had it replaced. And HSN wasn't good enough to repair the phone either so he got it back from them and will get it repaired from some other place. Took a lot of time and effort on his part but he was bad mouthing them a lot even though it was a situation that couldn't be helped. Claiming warranty from the local market is not exactly easier too. What we should be careful about is fraud and i don't think big online sites like HSN are frauds... maybe lack in customer services and "common sense' sometimes. Local markets are just TOO DAMN EXPENSIVE... not that online ones aren't earning big profits...

I bought a corsair case from Galaxy 2 years back and one latch of the mesh grill was broken. I didn't bother to contact Galaxy, instead i claimed warranty from Corsair's website. I had to upload a scanned copy of the receipt from Galaxy as a proof of purchase, and Corsair was kind enough to send me a new grill within 2 weeks.

I bought CM Stryker from them...perfect condition..though i made them deliver to my place and then after checking thoroughly i paid

There are plenty of ppl complaining about them on fb as well. I had a bad experience about their communication which shared a positive side of doing some adverstisement on pg. Then all of the sudden they stop communication and in those email they had shared that when the amount etc was about to be deposited.

They dishonor what they commit. I seen that plenty of times

Yo yo yo...back the cuck cuckoo train up a little...

Czone.com.pk is clear....always has been...best item at the best price...

And they dont deal in androids so no worries abt imei or stolen phones...

AFAIK they are the only ones that i have seen that sell genuine USB...everyone else sells china copies...as proved from bar code by me.

Yes, they delivered it directly to my home through UPS. I never expected the replacement to arrive but i received it within 2 weeks.
I also had the casing delivered to my home and thoroughly checked it, however, I didn't see that broken latch at that time. I realised that Galaxy won't replace it so instead of wasting my time arguing with them, I directly contacted Corsair.

They are pretty great with customer service. I bought a memory card from them once and it died after a couple of weeks. If was under warranty so I reported if to them. They claimed the warranty through the company and as it was out of stock they refunded the whole amount.

Yup i remember their CEO/manager opening up a thread here about their site(been a long time lurker here) and asking PG members for their feedback on online shopping experiences with other popular sites, so that he could then make sure that their site would provide the ideal experience.

The irony of that is ofcourse not lost on me..as of now i will not buy anything from any site online..will continue to use Usman's (Amaga) service though...have been buying stuff from him for a long while now, ...PS4 stuff, Amazon items and other things, and have always had excellent experience..just got a box packed Nexus 6 from him a couple of months ago....flawless as always.
