If anyone wants Season 1 goodness back then watch today's episode. You will love it.

Elongated Man is one of the best characters ever introduced in The Flash. The actor gives the vibes of Jim Carrey which is great.

I hate how they want cram in Felicity and Iris into every scene to do heroic stuff. Like seriously guys leave it on the superheroes.

One is a computer nerd and other is a reporter. How can they fight hand to hand with Nazi soldiers is beyond me.

That was supreme level of bullshit. I kinda wanted Earth-X Oliver to kill Felicity instead of listening to her man. Honestly, I don't get why are the writers are hell bent on fucking up Black Siren's character. They already hit the top with Felicity's character.

[h=1]Captain Cold is Returning to The Flash in 2018[/h]

Captain Cold (Wenworth Miller) is returning to The Flash in 2018 and could return again in the future, assuming the story is right. While some changes were made to Leonard Snart when he first appeared on The Flash, it was hard to argue with the icily charming villain Miller created. Because of that, it was both a sad day for The Flash fans and a boon for Legends of Tomorrow when the Rogue decided to be a time-traveler. Since then, only alternate versions of the character have returned to Central City.

Not too long ago, Miller indicated that he will be leaving the Arrowverse, signaling the end of his time as the many faces of Captain Cold. However, just last month, the actor played the heroic Citizen Cold from Earth-X, allowing Miller to dive into a whole new aspect of his character and potentially set up a different future for himself in the Arrowverse. Citizen Cold boarded the Waverider for the Legends of Tomorrow midseason finale last week, but the clock is ticking when it comes to Miller’s final turn in the role. First though, he will be making (at least) one more pit stop in Central City to visit his old buddy The Flash.

Diamondust Creations (via CBR) were on hand at the 2017 German Comic-Con, where Miller was a guest. When asked about Snart’s future, the actor confirmed he will be returning for one final episode of The Flash.

As for whether he will be leaving the Arrowverse for good after his next appearance on The Flash, Miller left the option open:
“I love this character, and I have a lot of affection for the cast. There are many reasons to come back. It just has to be the right story.”
It will presumably be the heroic Citizen Cold who shows up on The Flash next year, paving the way for a small crossover between The Flash and Legends of Tomorrow in the process. Does this lend any credence to the theory that Kid Flash will replace Firestorm on Legends of Tomorrow? Maybe, maybe not, but either way it will be nice to see Miller and Grant Gustin interact onscreen one more time.
The Arrowverse has already lost Victor Garber and Franz Drameh, along with their characters Stein and Jax. While Miller and Snart have left and returned before, it’s still a shame that the actor and the many iterations of his character may never be back. Luckily, Miller seems to think that the option is there even if his contract is up – and given how fans feel about Snart, it’s hardly a leap to think Snart could come back one day.

The Flash First Look: Iris West Suits Up In Season 4

is pretty much a given that people who hang out with superheroes long enough will one day be put in a situation to become one, and The Flash will prove it this March when Iris West suits up. The CW has teased an upcoming episode of the Arrowverse series that makes Iris Central City’s new speedster after a villain transfers Barry’s powers over to her. And, in keeping with proper superhero convention, Iris gets a snazzy super suit to go along with her new abilities.
Iris has been growing into her responsibilities as team leader as of late, and getting to experience things as a metahuman will likely give her even greater insight into the villains she and the rest of Team Flash typically find themselves up against. Plus, it’ll be a nice chance for the show to put Iris even more on the front lines of the superhero action, which will be in keeping with her recent change in status among her metahuman friends.

Iris’ moment to suit up will come next month in the appropriately titled ‘Run, Iris, Run’. And as luck would have it, there episode will also feature another new villain, so Iris won’t have much time to get used to her new powers before duty calls. Check out a Iris’s suit and a synopsis of the episode below:

“IRIS SUITS UP — Team Flash confronts a new bus meta, Matthew AKA Melting Pot (guest star Leonardo Nam), with the ability to swap people’s DNA. During a battle with Team Flash, Matthew transfers Barry’s (Grant Gustin) super speed to Iris (Candice Patton). Now, with a new threat unleashed on Central City, Barry must act as the team leader while Iris takes on the mantle of superhero speedster in order to defeat their new foe. Harry Jierjian directed the episode written by Eric Wallace.”
Power swapping is a time-honored superhero tradition, one that seems to have plagued nearly every hero with extraordinary abilities at one time or another. Typically, though, the person on the receiving end of a hero’s powers is the least capable of handling the responsibility that comes with them. This time, not so much. Transferring Barry’s powers to Iris is a huge break for Team Flash, considering she is so well versed in the world of metahumans, and as the leader of a team of superpowered individuals, she’s in a position to make the best out of what could be a bad situation — temporary as it may be.
And that will be the interesting thing about ‘Run, Iris, Run.’ As much fun as it will be to see Iris suit up and take on some metavillains, will there be any lingering effects of having experienced life as the fastest woman alive? Assuming The Flash doesn’t plan to make Barry and Iris the fastest couple alive, there could be a compelling storyline to come out of this potentially one-off event.

The Flash
‘Run, Iris, Run’ airs Tuesday, March 13 @8pm on The CW.
