Teacher accused of sex with male student in Australia

Nazira Rafei, 26, a science teacher at a suburban high school, allegedly urged the student to pinch her nipples and disrespect her, and helped him cheat on a maths test. But the pupil decided to contact authorities when the teacher threatened to "stuff up" his grades if he ended the relationship, the Melbourne Magistrates Court was told on Tuesday.

Rafei was committed to stand trial on one count of sexual penetration of a child under 16 whilst under her care or supervision, and four counts of an indecent act with a child.

She has pleaded not guilty to all charges.

The court was told the relationship between the pair began when they exchanged romantic music files on a USB stick. The pair first met outside school at the Victorian State Library when Rafei was on a teachers' strike on Valentine's Day this year. Twelve days later during a second, half-day strike, the teacher went to the student's house, blindfolded him, demanded he "treat her as his sex slave" and had sex with him, police allege.

On other occasions it is claimed the boy climbed out a window late at night to meet the teacher who drove him to a secluded location. It is alleged they hugged, kissed and rubbed genitals through clothes in her car.

On the first of these meetings the teacher is claimed to have said: "Treat me like I'm your sex slave, abuse me, tell me to shut the f*** up and to pinch ... my nipples."

During their relationship the teacher also allegedly said: "Disrespect me. Say shut the f*** up to me and stuff like that. Just say it, you know, it makes me feel like - like I'm your girlfriend."

It is also claimed the teacher took the student's partially-completed test from another teacher's desk and filled out answers in grey lead for the student. The test was then put back on the teacher's desk and the student got 98 per cent for the test.

Magistrate Fiona Stewart ruled there was enough evidence for Rafei to stand trial.

She was released on bail and ordered to appear in the Victorian County Court for a directions hearing on November 24.

Wow, talk about sexual frustration. I never thought there could be female pedophiles out there - I'unno, the idea has always just sounded so outlandish to me. But I guess I was wrong.

totally wrong on media promoting it coz she's muslim.................. there is a law if there is a sex relationship between the student and the teacher they both will be prosecuted charged , jailed whoever pledged guilty in the court . america is following the same law and u will find hundreds of cases like this this all shown on there city news channels with all camera's up their faces .
