Takstar Hi2050 almost audiophile quality headphones.
I had these ship to me in a week for less than $50 from Hong Kong, which is an awesome deal. The only other quick shipments are from Amazon which is $30 for shipping alone, so you can surely do the math there.
Compete head to head with some entry level AKGs and Beyers. One dude said he'd get these over the Quincy Jones 701s.
I didn't have many open ear cans, and I realized it's a must. Now I can have a comfortable experience with open sound-stage for movies and games.
Better than Panasonic HTF600s, Superluxes, Samsons, and a lot of others. Best deal under 50$ or even $100. Sound and feel like $200 cans easily... except for the non-detachable cable.
Contents: Just loose packaging, but careful. No box. Headphones, Extension cable, 6.5mm plug, Warranty card and Manual.
Pros:
Large (53mm) diameter drivers.
Mixed, yet solid build (Metal & Plastic). Aluminum Forks like Beyers, and I'm sure they'll last. I have kept inferior made cans for more than half a decade so.
Awesome sound-stage.
Great Bass.
Great Comfort (Velour pads), over-ear fit.
Solid cable, thick and durable.
Great with Amps... High Impedance.
Flat-ish curve. Deliver all frequencies quite nicely. Not much colored.
Cons:
Sound-leakage (well, it goes without saying in semi-open and open cans).
Weak bass extension, but that's part of the deal too. It's always either bass or sound-stage, unless you're talking about Foxtex or Audeze.
Need an Amp to shine.
Giant Killers? Yes. Recommended? Without any second thoughts.
