Eh what? There is hardly a big difference between the price. The S4 official launch price is 72k dont look at the price on online stores.
yeah should go for I5 ...am using it for the Past 7 days and belive me it Like Super Awesome although after owning 4s for about a yr i was expecting i wont be seeing Much Difference overall in i5...but i was ridculously wrong

You won't gain anything upgrading a S3 to a S4
As for the op's original question, it all depends on what you want ? Why do you want to shift ? What are you looking for in the I5 or even the S4 ?!

It is, doesn't mean the S3 is automatically better cause it is a quad core. The performance differences on both platforms depend on the OS optimization, not the processors
