Swine flu and poultry

I read a news today that poultry prices has dropped 40 percent cause of swine flu .
whats the connection of swine flu with poultry , bird flu used to drop prices cause it effects birds but does swine flu also does .

Only chicken is cheaper now.

There is no swine flu its all a drama every year there a month where production of broiler increases them the market demand and rate drops.broilor Rates are simply based on demand and supply. No worries eat or store next month they rates are gonna increase again.

Super Fake.
Due to excessive commercial farming & trend of control poultry houses, production as increased than demand.
Also due to no marketing strategies & bad govt policies, Pak cant export chicken unlike RICE, POTATO etc , so excess of broiler meat is reason of low prices.
