[Suggestion] New Section "Cyber Discussion" / "Cyber Talk"

Well, This site is surely big and popular and doesn't end at Gaming only.
We have loads of other things, fun, spam, graphics , discussion etc etc.

I would like to suggest having new section for sharing cyber stuff Crazy/Cool Sites and other cyber stuff.
currently I see ppl posting it in General Discussion, it would be better if we have new section for it :) and leave General Discussion for Off-topic talk.

Well cyber talk isn't allowed on PG.
And we had a PG underground section where people posted download links to pirated stuff but it got closed after 3 or 4 days, as the members of PG wanted PG to be simple and clean from this stuff.
