PC Suggest some good RTSs

Hey guys, could you recommend a good RTS for me with a decent campaign or single-player component. I'm mostly interested in games with Base building and resource gathering mechanics though I'm willing to try RTTs as well. ( I've also played a lot of them so you might have your work cut out for you).

Since you have played many rts, i am not suggesting old games like red alert 1,2 commandos 1-3 ETC.

I've already played through those games, with the exception of AOE 3.I'll certainly check it out. By the way, how is Rise of Legends? I've heard some good things about it.

StarCraft 2, great in compain, story line really intresting , skirmish is also good but online it superb,
Anno series also a great choice

out of all the games listed so far, I haven't played Rise of Legends and AOE 3. All right, I'll check them out.

Dawn of War 2 is amazing series too if you are fan of games like Company of Heroes.
Dawn of War 1 if you like traditional base building and stuff.

Command and Conquer 3 Tiberium wars is the best RTS I came across. Generals and Starcraft 2 are honorable mentions.

Battle Realms. Another old game, but really really enjoyed it at that time.
