You can go through the Fiberlink thread and WhatsApp group to get an idea. Personally I will probably switch because it's always down a few days every month and too much of a hassle to get fixed.
I have recently shifted to Stormfiber. So far it's good but sometimes the speeds just nosedives. Over the 3weeks I have been using it, this happened 3 or 4 times but thankfully for several minutes only.
I tried calling their helpline but the system kept me in queue for an eternity (their complaint services must be available only during working hours I guess). Is there another way for registering complain with Stormfiber like online or whatsapp?

i've installed Stormfiber in May, 2018 at Samungli Housing Scheme when it wasn't officially launched .... its rocking my world ever since .... very very much satisfied with it ..... constant fast speed with no down time at all ... i am using 30mbps connection .....
I just got mine installed today. Took them 5 days including Saturday and Sunday to install. So far, it is absolutely amazing. On a 10 mb package, I'm getting 9.7 mb dl and 9.6 mb ul. Can stream 1080p videos without stuttering. Also, I tried broadcasting on twitch in 720p 60 fps on PS4 and it worked like a charm! This is a dream come true for gamers. Also got their tv, had to pay 2500 rupees for the box and it has a lot of sports channels, which is all I wanted. Also has many other HD channels, and it's in good quality.

Can you do a traceroute? I'm on PTCL, in Rawalpindi (yes, I know, wrong ISP and stuff) and I'm getting 57ms.
Star Sports, beIN 11, Eurosport, Fightbox are ones I can remember right now. There are others too.

I am also getting 180ms . But ptcl shows the normal ping. Problem occurs in 2nd last to last hop. Dont know what is the problem . Complained them but no resolution yet.

I have heard that FUP policy for 10Mbps,20Mbps,30Mbps stormfiber packages is 1TB,2TB,3TB data download(threshold) respectively and after that speed is decreased to 1/5th of the package and I confirmed from Stormfiber too. I want to ask if anybody has crossed this limit and FUP has been applied to any of the users of this form? and it means that Stormfiber packages are not truly "unlimited" and FUP is applied after certain data limit .
Also there speed is not complete 10Mbps/1.25 MB/s to the premises, after data loss 9.4Mbps
Nayatel has something similar - which is odd for fiber optics (given that there shouldn't be any overheads or losses).
PTCL, I know, gives you *closer* to the full speed though (they do on DSL). But then, that's a different company and a different story altogether.
