Nayatel has something similar - which is odd for fiber optics (given that there shouldn't be any overheads or losses).

PTCL, I know, gives you *closer* to the full speed though (they do on DSL). But then, that's a different company and a different story altogether.

Today SF team visit... saying that there is no data loss in fiber connection. He said 9.3 Mbps is almost 10 . so don't need to worry . This is great (lmao)

Cant see Sony ESPN on Stormfiber HDbox anymore. That's the only reason I bought the HDbox so that I could watch UFC events properly. Is it because of the indian channel ban? :/

Sony channels are banned on Nayatel also. Only ten 1 is showing that too is not in hd.

Has any one been getting any issues with Battlefield 5 on this connection. most of the time get Server Time out, but when i use my 4G or VPN i can connect just fine. Any one know of this issue? I dont have this issue with any other game.

I am experiencing alot of buffering while watching live streams on twitch especially during peak hours. Tried everything like disabling hardware acceleration and even changing browser.

Currently getting 0.80 dl and 0.20 upl on a 30 mb stormfiber connection along with stupid amounts of packet loss.Already sent a ticket but wondering if anyone else is facing similar issues?

it is due to port forwarding problem.just goto router settings and enable upnp.i also got this error but i solved it by it.it also helps in black ops 4.

Anyone else facing latency spikes on UAE servers especially Battlefield V and COD BO4 during peak hours on Stormfiber?. I experience ping spikes starting from 7pm daily till 1AM. I have filed several complaints but stormfiber team has failed to solve the issue.

I have been experiencing latency spike issue almost every night now starting from 7pm till 1am. I have plenty of traceroutes to 185.179.202.53 showing latency increase from normal 70ms to 150-160ms. I dont think stormfiber is using TW anymore because traceroute shows pie route.

I still face it occasionally when using Singapore AWS servers. Pings skyrocket to 200-220 ms, instead of the usual 110.

Whats amazing is that I just checked PTCL's ping to dxb.valve.net and I am getting around 70-77ms meanwhile on storm after the ping spike I am getting around 120-130ms to dxb.valve.net.

Copper vs Fiberoptic eh?.
