SSF4 Tourney at Eclectic Vibrations ( Gaming Lounge) DHA , Lahore

Hey guys well as the Title Mentions there will be a Tournament which will be held in Eclectic Vibrations, DHA,Lahore , opposite to DHA Cinema, Upper Floor of Subway Outlet from 29-31st July,2011

Here are the Details of the Tourney

Super Street Fighter IV ( can be shifted to SSF4 Arcade Edition )

-Tournament Fee = Rs.500-/ ( for ssf4 only since there will be other games too like Cod,Blur , fifa etc)
This will be a Double-Elimination tournament. ( Winners and Loser's Bracket)
- Be prepared to fight any and all characters in SSFIV.- It is the responsibility of the competitors to know how to play SSFIV.- Players have to use Ps3 controllers that we will provide or they can bring their own ps3 controllers or fight sticks.

Console and Game Settings: - All consoles, games, accessories will be supplied at the event. You may bring your own fight stick.- No cheats will be allowed, no turbo controllers. Should a participant be caught cheating, they will be immediately disqualified.

- Character Selection: A. Once participant has entered tournament, such participant may play with any character
B. Players will whisper to judge prior to playing the match the character they will be selecting.
- Game Settings:
a. Random stage selection
b. 99 sec. time

c. Characters cannot be customized!

Game Type: 2/3 rounds, 3/5 games

No pausing or intentional delays. If you do pause the game (by intentionally pressing the START button), then you will forfeit the round.

I am in as well bro would be fun and well the guy just posted the general rules out of some forum , there wont be any Chinese whispering game going on. All characters are a go and you can choose anyone after a match

Well i talked with umair , the guy at EV. Its gonna be on friday , saturday and sunday . A slot along with a time will be given to all registered participants . It depends on how much people we can muster for ssf4. If the numbers are like 10-12 i can ask umair to do it all on sunday which would be convenient for us working babas

Well even if its on friday or and saturday i can ask him to keep a Time slot in the eve say after 6..what do u say your majesty

I have msged the islo gang as well , Would be fun if they could make it to the tourney . We will be one big happy family kicking eachothers ass in ssf4 and try not to show our remorse of losing

Na not really it is just a myth that a fight stick player has advantage over a pad player. It is all about your preference bro , there are many International players that play falwless with controllers and fight pads.
