Sony Ericsson’s XPERIA X3 be available this January w/Android

There is word that the XPERIA X3 will be available by January 2010. Now if we are to go on that prediction, we can safely be skeptical regarding the news. This is mainly because of the wretched pressure exerted on us as we wait for the X2 to come out. It is likely to be out by the fourth quarter of this year. It has a 8.1 megapixel camera, a 4 inch touch screen display, Bluetooth, Wi-fi and above all, it runs on Android OS. Well, happy waiting and make sure that you don’t curse us if the temptation is overwhelming. We’re drooling too. I really hope that the X3 comes out immediately after the X2 so that users would have two XPERIA phones to choose from.

Atleast not here it wasnt. Ek bechara meri dost ki shop par sar raha hai for half the price of a new. No one bothers with it !

Omina isn't that stylish, look the bends this phone has and colour combination and especially white pearl looks awesome. ya X1 is popular indeed...check it's official webpage and overall sales in the world but here majority paki's are lakeer key fakeer..........bus nokia nokia nokia.......even salesman give priority to nokia caz they think they are still living in the 90's. look ? world is buying not just nokia, SE is doing far better then nokia when comes to style, new tech (android Os) and more.

Even though you have a point on the lakeer kay fakeer thing.

The Xperia X1 is kinda pathetic. Its not even a real Sony Ericsson, made by a third party running Windows Mobile OS. My father is one of the biggest fans of the Sony Ericsson touch screen P series (has had em all p800,900,910,990,1i,m600) ... and he got bored by the X1. The Xperia X1 might as well be sold under the HTC brand cus it definately looks like one of those. Doenst feel like a Sony Ericsson at all!

Oh and Nokia is doing far better in sales worldwide, style and tech as well. Android OS isnt Sony ericssons so you cant call it SE tech. I dobut they are even making the Xperia X3 themselves just like they havent made the X1.

And SE is making these top of the line ones which never get mega sales ... they need some budget orientated touch screens.

X1 was great when it came. Now its pathetic lol. Every phone has to go "pathetic" someday lol.

So... The Omnia, of which half the features dont work in Pakistan, eg, HSDPA and 3G, etc, nobody bothers to buy it. Same goes with Xperia, no one bothers it, cuz its features dont work here in Pakistan.

And Pakistani's want sound and camera, nobody takes a look @ the operating system. I have a Winmo PDA, I told my cousins about it, they said "sound to baikaar hia ghatiya cheez leaye" hahaha I was lauging my heels off !

OS is the main thing in a mobile, Pakis dont know the use of it.

You'd be surprised if you found out the amount of people who know WinMo OS. There are quite a few. Yea most people go "Saund chayay" ! Funny enough though that my HTC Touch is actually louder than an N95 ... as tested by review sites

It's much better then those symbian phones you compare it with. It's actually as good as the HTC Touch HD specs wise (Not couning the screen).
Plus, any of you ever heard of XDA? Them plox is da shizz! You can get WinMo 6.5 running on your X1. Heck you can even install the Leo's OS!

I personally didnt like it exactly because it has WinMo. Thats not how SE used to roll! HTCs is where WinMos are l33t!

As for WinM0 6.5 ... u can get it working on an iMate JAMIN ... even a JAM but with no camera working! So WinMo 6.5 aint no big deal!

Since UIQ 3 has died now ... SE going to Android OS is a good idea!
