well mine gadgets were not showing at all so i had to edit registry to make them appear.BTW turn on UAC in user accounts and then see if problem is solved.

Press WinKey + R to bring up the Run dialog. Type the following command:

cmd /k reg query "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Zones"

Copy the output and include it with your reply.

nops bro if I do it wrong it says invalid syntax super confused it means that there is no registry at this place ?

ok try these

Method 1:
Stop the sidebar.exe process by using Task Manager. Use regedit program and delete this key: [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Zones\].
Restart sidebar process.

Method 2:
a. Close all gadgets.
b. Open C:\Users\[YOUR PROFILE]\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Sidebar\Cache and delete all the containg folders.

Method 3:

You may also consider disabling all security software to check if your security software are involved in the issue, follow the steps mentioned below
