So I have a needy helper at my house who broke his phone. I need to buy a phone within a 10k budget for him. Requirements are a big screen and a good camera smartphone.

Searched through the forum and found most people recommending the Xaiomi Redmi 4A. But within my budget will probably get a used one.

I need suggestions, that should I buy a good used Redmi 4A or a brand new Qmobile instead? Also need specific models.

4A is far better than Q shit. Go for it. I think Inception is selling one. I don't think you'll find a better phone in that range.
