I am finally going to give online gaming a try.. Only one Question though.. Should I be able to play online with these speeds?

i tend to play a lot on XBOX LIVE with only 1mbps connection .. as long as your using a wired connection such as PTCL youll be fine avoid other networks

Play ps3 games online on 1mbps PTCL connection. Most of times it works flawless sometimes its a Abuses will lead to ban, thats just PTCL.

86ms to ptcl is not a good sign. It should be below 25ms for 1 mb.
