I haven't used Windows Blind in ages. I use Universal Theme Patcher to use custom themes.
Theme is Soft 2.0 by Ap-Graphik, available for download on DeviantArt.
Icons are Token by brsev (comes in black & white colors, I'm using white)
StartOrb is Blut by kiko11 (use start button changer for changing the orb)
Gadgets used are HUD Time & HUD Weather respectively.
Hope this helps. I intensely dislike the MetroUI and feel that the Aero interface in Windows 7 offers a much better GUI experience. Hence why I've stuck with Windows 7 and will continue to do so for as long as Microsoft doesn't release its true successor.

thanks for the info. well I use windows 8 with metro ui totally disabled and custom start menu by iobit. here's my desktop using win 8
