Seperate page for market place

I was just reading the thread by the galaxy computers. I think it would be really cool if we can make a separate page for displaying the following things:

- Console prices
- Graphic card prices
- Processor prices
- Ram(Optional)
- Motherboards(Optional)

If this is successful then maybe we can later on give reviews to the different hardware components.

I also suggest that it is not important that we post prices from every city. Normally the prices are quite similar. Just assign this responsibility to one guy so he can update prices of all the components regularly.

Maybe we can use some web service provided by a website to grab prices of the different hardware devices available in the market. Shed some light in this.

Any criticism or comment is more than welcome.

I think you want the simple price list feature right? (I thought something different when I saw the word "Market Place") the problem is that who will update the price list? since at least I am not upto date with the market prices and handling larger number of components will be a headache?

If someone actually accept the responsibility of updating the price then I will be able to implement this feature.

That is correct. I think i can safely say that the problem of update wouldn't be a big one since more than 3-4 people are volunteering for the job.

my suggestion would be to make it like
"Prices are updated weekly" making it weekly will make the job a tad bit easier, rather than updating the prices daily will be more like a headache for anyone; even if that anyone is in the market....updating the prices daily will most likely be the downfall of this plan....

And its not like prices fluctuate daily like the KSE. Weely update is good enough. Or even fornightly.
