Hey guys, when i came to pakistan, in winter, i got dandruf, Alot of dandruff and i haven't realized it, now about 3 weeks ago i realized i got dandruff, since last week im using head and shoulders 3 times a day for my dandruff and day by day they're not going away, they're dry scalp, today i found out that, washing your hair too much Drys your hair out and makes you lose hair,

My hair was so healthy before, but i'm worried, that if i loss my hair, completely will it grow back? no sickness or disease, normally, if it drys out and i take right stuff, and condition it , will it grow back after i lose hair ?

And also , if head and shoulders dont work, what do i use? im not gonna shampoo anymore since i did about 12 times this week, and im using Vaseline hair tonic and scalp conditioner for my Dry hair, but i need natural oils, what will help?

The only thing i need help is with that will my hair grow back if it's loss?

And what type of ehm Items should i use For my hair and scalp?

Bro, try and get organic castor oil from somewhere. It's hard to find in Pakistan, but do search around. However you'll easily find the medicated version of castor oil at any pharmacy, get that if you're unable to find organic.

As for the shampoo, get the imported version of Heads & Shoulders either USA or UK. It's not that expensive. I had a bad case of dandruff and a combination of these two helped me get rid of all of it within a week.

Oil your hair before going to bed, leave it overnight, wash in the morning. It's a thick oil so might take two washes.

shampoo 3 times a day? you crazy? lol. Just apply mustard/olive/coconut oil and wash your hair, don't shampoo your hair every day, do it like every 3 days.
Also from my experience head and shoulders is pretty bad for my hair.

Here's what you should do:

Shampoo twice or thrice a week only. ALWAYS use a conditioner afterward. On days you are not shampooing, you should still use a conditioner. Stop using chemical-ridden creams/gels,sprays, etc. Get hold of Coconut oil and Jojoba oil, mix them + a few drops of lemon and apply to hair one/twice each week, leave it for 30-45 minutes and wash it out.

Shampoo: T-Gel (Neutrogena) This is your solid answer to combat dandruff plus countless other scalp related problems.
You can also use an anti-dandruff cream like (Brylcreem Green, Original version not the Malaysian/Thailand copies).
Choose any decent conditioner you like and follow this regimen.

First of all, like a few other's have mentioned, shampooing thrice a day? What, are you brushing swamps with your head?

You shouldn't be shampooing more than thrice a week IMO.
Use a good anti-dandruff shampoo and follow it with conditioner, like suggested earlier. For me, even those 2-in-1 shampoo's work fine.

About the baldness.
Bro. Considering your age, I wouldn't be worried about male pattern baldness just yet. It triggers in the mid-twenties for most people. Slightly earlier for more stressful degrees/jobs.

Even then, the hairfall is due to the hair follicle shrinking in size. The follicle doesn't die, per se, but it shrinks to the point that it stops growing out new hair (this is also why hair becomes 'thinner' before hairloss occurs). The hair you're losing right now is just hair that's breaking due to dryness.

So, the simple answer? YES. It'll grow back. BUT, why keep losing it in the first place? And, dandruff can be a Abuses will lead to ban to deal with, so why not simply keep the dandruff out?
Solution to the problem, instead of a symptom of the problem, no?

you need to calm down man, thrice a day is too much, you are not helping your situation shampooing this much, it would In turn give you more dandruff than get rid off,

what I have noticed is that these pk brand shampoos are useless against dandruff except selsun blue, this shampoo got rid of my dandruff in two weeks with regular use. just use it thrice a week or so and you would see difference. though once dandruff comes it's quite hard to get relieved from.... I've had it for like 10 plus years now :( can't seem to find a permanent solution though...

this drys out the scalp and cause dandruff
wash you head in cold (normal temperate water)
dandruff will be gone

oh and only a moron shampoos thrice a day

p.s. Body Shop Ginger Shampoo is the best

You seem to have 'obsessive compulsive disorder'.

Oil your scalp regularly at night and shampoo with 2/3days gap in between and dont comb your hair 10/20 times a day.

I have/had a very severe case of dandruff, the type the comes off in big chunks and I have had the normal kind of dandruff too and I use 2 products which work every time.

If the dandruff is really bad get a shampoo called, "cosalic", you can get this from a medical store and use it twice thrice a week and wash with normal shampoo afterwards (not anti dandruff shampoo)

If the dandruff is not that bad then use, "stieprox", this too can be purchased from the medical store and this is to be used as a normal shampoo so don't wash your hair with normal shampoo after using this.

No matter which of the 2 you use just make sure that you let it sit in your hair for 4 mins before washing it out.

These 2 do it for me and you too will se results in 5 days or a week. I'm lazy so I don't use this but my doctor also asked me to use, "derma smooth", it's a hair oil which you leave in for more than 4 hours before washing. It's not normal oil because it contains medicine in it that makes the dandruff go away. My hair stay clear from dandruff for 10 days if I use this and it makes the hair very smooth.

All 3 products need to be directly applied to the scalp.

Conaz shampoo. Or any other brand with the active ingredient Ketoconazole. Head and shoulders, and Clear shampoo didn't work. Conaz did, after just 2 washes.

Like others have said, don't worry about it so much and definitely don't wash as often as you've been doing... Use Conaz every other day (3-4 times a week) for 2 weeks. You should see results within a week. People have also had good results combining it with Head and shoulders.

Buy "Head & Shoulders Dry Scalp Care with Almond Oil" ONLY made in USA or KSA, Saudi Arabia variant (written at extreme bottom on back) from good shops like Al-Fateh store and use it 3 times or 4 time MAX in a week. First without conditioners. It will definitely go away i bet you.
Do not ever buy local head & shoulders or any other company's Shampoo. Only use imported, it is a difference of night and day.

A dermatologist told me this is wrong. If it would true the bald ppl grow their hair. He continued saying "did you ever see old men resting in tree shadows, they don't even wash their hair months but they don't become bald.
its a heir you get from your parents...

I never said k you could grow hair or mitigate hair loss with my suggestion. It was focused on dandruff.

P.S. There are drugs that you could take to stop hair loss and grow your hair back, mitigate receding hairline, etc. That's a topic for another day.

Tapatalking in my sleep!

Those drugs affect your libido, washing hair even if you don't use shampoo everyday can damage them too so get a shower cap and wash the hair every other day and always use a conditioner.

I do not know if you have found the solution but still this might help you a bit along with many other things that people have listed.

Dont go BatShit crazy over it. It does not go over night. Anything related to hairs takes time to reverse and come in effect. about 3 weeks minimum.

Someone recommended castor oil ... that thing is amazing I have used it and very recently too. And I know just the place from where you can get all the organic oils and stuff. Its called Farzana dawakhana. Its pretty famous for its oils and organic stuff like that.

I bought a hair oil from there it lessened my dandruff problem to a good extent. Its very close to my house.

And as per you post if your problem is as serious as you made it seem then you should consult a hair doctor. This is no place to find a cure. Anyways good oiling about twice or thrice a week should make your problem go away.

The thing I am looking nowadays is some MILD SHAMPOO ... anyone know any names? shampoo that does not contain harmful chemicals. Its like johnsons baby shampoo but made for adults. Its a good investment to keep the natural quality of your hairs on a long term basis.

You reap what you sow. This is what happens when you take away choice from consumers. Even with 88% split going to developers, they can't recoup costs. Meanwhile, Helldivers 2 is a massive hit for Sony thanks in big part to Steam.
