Revise Market Trade Rules

Please Modify Rule#20
@ Mods: There have been many incidences when sellers are selling crapped stuff in terms of used items. My request is that sellers might send the item first and payment later. I also sell things. So I can see both sides.
Buyer is at the stake all the time. Although when getting a common sense of Trade, it is an exchange.

Seller gives a used item --- Probability of being faulty exists
Buyer gives raw cash --- Probability of being faulty does not exists

So The Buyer must have an edge over this.

Now the rule could be like:
1. TS based, more TS holder has advantage lets say 70%
2. Buyer has advantage 100% if had at least TS = 10 or 70% advantage if TS = 1-9
or 50% advantage if no TS.

When buying a used item, you are always at risk. Thats how it goes in the market, online ... everywhere. Everything depends on the rating of the person and the trust you may place on him.
