65c is okey but not good you need to do some more cable management in casing as your cable management is not that good and it in the way of air flow
and did you install the cooler correctly ?

the cooler is installed correctly...as the minimum temps are only 18c .....How can i do more better cable managment then that...the PSU to mobo cable is too short in length to bring it from the back side .

btw your system temps are not high and not cool so in medium
if you want more cooling then install a 12mm fan at the side panel and you are done

Your temps are good. No need to buy cooler unless you wanna O.C.. And 65C at load with stock cooler are fine. Just manage the IDE cable and power cables , they'll help lower the temps..

i used ASUS TURBO V today and OC for the first time in my life...i set the VCC to 1.183 and fsb to 150....speed is 3.020GHz and min temps are 30 and max are 50c.....the point is i got around 4k .....whts the best cooler i can buy as im fazol kharch.....

^ max are 50C with oc
the hyper 212 is best value for money
its a nice cooler with superb result get it if you want to oc with more ease and good temps
but if you don't oc then no need to get cooler

Hmm bro you were saying on stock your load temps were hitting 65C & now when you oc'ed your processor to 3.02 your load temps are 50C

Hmm. Good ..You're getting lower temps cuz your Vcore is lower then default.. The default is between 1.25V something... But still if you wanna keep the cpu over clocked 24/7 then a cpu cooler is needed..And CM Hyper 212+ is the best buy in your budget..

you sure default is 1.25v? cause my default vcore is 1.1 but i run it on 1.025 though.

i am seriously looking into buying the acer X223HQ lcd. its main feature is being full hd (1080p ready) without hdmi and it is costing me 14.5k.

please advice whether this is a good buy or not. and one more thing, i can allocate only 15k for an lcd purchase at the most.

HIS ATI 5670 - Good if you want visuals(DX11) and play at lower resolutions....

Inno3d GTS250 - Hmm. Got a nice cooler.. Performance is much better than 5670...

yaar if you want dx11 tag then go for 5670 and if you want to play games then go for gts250 simple

sunny is right....and trust me, get gts 250....whats the use of dx11 when u cant play games at the desired res and high details smoothly....
