HELP GUYS..........
Its been now 2 weeks since I applied for package change from 1MB to 2MB got confirmation from 1236 on 17th Jan that it would take 48 hrs but DAMN those Ptcl CS people. Talked to the supervisor (Which I was told he is ) he said ive forwarded request on priority basis 3 days have passed still nothing. The reason I'm writing this is to ask what is the matter with these people why they are destroying their own livelihood with this kind of attitude. Just see the comparison I also have Qubee installed and believe me i called their CS guy for upgrading package 2 month back and he changed my package and speed while I was talking to him on call...
Finally please advice if any of you had similar problem how it was fixed and what was your next step after the call centre I do plan on visiting the exchange but who is the correct person who can get this fixed ??
