physical dukaans in pakistan don't have any of these things, and if by some chance they do, they ask exhorbitant amount for it

Your best bet would be to get it from abroad. Preferably through some relatives. It's a tiny device and won't use too much space.

An important question I would like to ask is, Has any of Guys tried to interface the RPi with vga monitor using HDMI to VGA convertor. If so can you advise me on where can I can one. Also does the passive HDMI to VGA convertor works properly or not. Any suggestions would be appreciated
