I got upgraded to 2MB a couple of days back, getting nice 250KBs download speeds.

Lucky you they still have not upgraded my 1MB Student Package yet!

well, i had 512kbps connection, they upgraded me to 1mb a week ago. for some strange reason they have downgraded me to 512 kbps today. i have manually restarted dsl modem few times now, but same result 512 kbps over and over again. anybody who can explain this?

i think like others ur connection r also in proccess of upgrading.

when conneciton is upgraded do u get messge? i mean how you guys come to know tht connection has been upgraded?

buddy ur download speed doubles.....just monitor ur download speed....

mine was also upgraded from 512 > 1 mb about a week ago...getting about 120-130 kB/s download speed...

I just called PTCL helpline, cuz i had few questions and a problem with my dsl modem.
I waited over 5 mins, music just played until somebody cut me off. i spent over 20 mins on my phone, and after several tries i have given up on ptcl customer service. PTCL sucks big time
