afaik there are three devices, the dongle (like the evo 3.1) which can only be used on a single device for 3k, a cloud device which has rev a fallback with 3 months bill for 13.5k and a cloud with rev b fallback and 4 months bill for 15k

Tested "CharJi" in Saddar, Garden and Nazimabad. Didn't work, I only got 3G signals. So much for "Citywide coverage".

Yes they do have. I think its 3 days or 7 days.

Checked in Clifton, Defence. no 4G signals so I went to the OSS and they said its an issue with my MDN or something. complaint forwarded and a refund will take AT LEAST 3o F**CKING DAYS

My OSS is selling the 13.5 k one for 16.2 and the 15 k one for 18 k. I'm the only one in Karachi getting this issue and it has been forwarded to tech teams in the head office. I got calls from Lahore today.

At airport oss getting same speed

Alright I think PTCL fixed my issue because now I'm getting 4G LTE signals. This is a peak time and I'm getting 1.2 MB* on torrent and this on speedtest.

*(On three Signal bars)

I got the 16200 one cloud, the small device with internal battery and red panel on the ends..i am in north karachi, getting 4G LTE and 3 bars(sometimes 2) on the ground floor, i am gonna ponder if i should apply for refund or not

a refund is a huge hassle itself considering its peetcl you might lose you device+cash. keep it. you'll get 3 bars max indoors on any floor.

other than the difference in free airtime of 3 and 4 months, are their any differences between devices in the 13k and 15k packages.
