i think due to rains these days,water enters the joints in the line which may cause disconnections.

Your stats seem fine O_O but tell me is your upstream SNR fluctuating? Your upstream sync. rate is very low.

Looks like a rusted or bad joint issue. Get your lineman to renew the joints in your line & also check your house's wiring, renew any joint (if any).

get the lineman to put a direct line from the dp to ur room!soo there wont be any joints and ull have faster internet!
