[PTCL] High pings during peak times.

Don't know what they are up to but pings are ridiculously HIGH during peak times. Browsing, streaming completely go dead. Only lite websites are able to view. Its so much pathetically slow that I can't even access two websites simultaneously. Anyone experiencing the same? What has gone wrong with PTCL?

I am experiencing the same problem since Chand Raat. I called them today and they refused to file a complaint as the speedtest on PTCL server was fine but checking it from wi-tribe or Worldcall the pings are near 300 (before that pings from Worldcall server were 46ms) and the speed it less than 0.5 Mbps. At night the speed becomes fine but pings remain high.

Same here. I'm facing disconnections as well and when it works, ping times in Diablo 3 spike to over 2000ms

Plus 1. I am facing high pings for 4 days now. Also filed a complaint, I got a confirmation call today that my complain was resolved, which wasn't. Getting 1.5mbps. My modem syncs at 4.5mbps so I know it's not line problem

Ptcl have blocked many ports since PTA issued an order to block most obscure websites. This is not only the case with Worldcall and wi tribe but many other isps connected to ptcl have ping issues

Problem fixed. Just checked and got 133ms ping and 3.83 Mbps from PTCL on Worldcall server. Still higher than the 46 ms ping I used to get before this problem but at least it is better than ~1000 ms ping and 0.15 Mbps.

    170 + countries where Steam sells but PSN doesn't will lose access unless they use VPN

    You reap what you sow. This is what happens when you take away choice from consumers. Even with 88% split going to developers, they can't recoup costs. Meanwhile, Helldivers 2 is a massive hit for Sony thanks in big part to Steam.
