Just a heads up for those of you interested to buy wingle. One of my friends bought it and was utterly disappointed with the device. He lives near the PTCL office on Khy-e-Muhafiz and brands this device as another con by ptcl to get you buy new devices but get the same shitty speeds. I have myself used the nitro 3g device,needless to say they all suck. PTCL is already notorious for throttling bandwidth and internet speeds. I would recommend waiting and hear more responses before jumping on the Nitro bandwagon....

I 've bought it 2 days ago, it doing well, getting speed 5-6 Mb/s.As far as wi-fi is concerned , you do get signal and speed with average signal strength.
P.S: I'm living in a house of 30*50, islamabad, and i'm very much relieved after buying evo wingle, atleast i got rid of ptcl broadband poor service, only issue is capping, I think 100GB is suffice, i don't download very much.Here's speed result:

I found it very temptating, you can even use wingle in your car, and use its wi-fi on your mobile laptop simultaneously, especially during journey, it serves best for time killing.

I borrowed a friend's Wingle and used it for some time.

The 100GB cap made me kill myself <_<

Otherwise, the service was good. The average was above 700kB/s download and it touched upto 900kB/s occasionally.

So:
- Speeds are good
- Service is reliable
- Charges are ... well, they are STUPID.
- The 100GB cap is a fun killer. You can hit that cap even if you browse websites with a lot of heavy content.

Just Bought the 9.3Mbps Wingle ....7500 rs upfront and for now it is very very fast i must say....Giving me around 4mbps in peak timings i.e 1pm...lets see how the speeds will vary...i'll be updating u guys along the way..... i'm in Lahore DHA block XX...if anyone from Lahore wants to correlate.....

Update: 3pm... I have noticed a variation in speeds...i mean it is currently ranging from 1.5 - 5 mbps... i.e at some instance it is going very fast, at other instance it is around 2 mbps....lets see what it does as the day moves on...

9pm...After a day of fluctuations my net is kinna stable at around a little above 4 Mbps....lets see how the night goes out....i am getting 3G mode with one less to full signals....

I would like to share the speed results...but HONESTLY... throughout the whole day i got a max speed of 5 Mbps on two instances....totally disappointed by this, and the range on this thing is jack shit...so i am going to return it and get the Cloud 9.3 now, no need to share the stats :crying:...lets c....

UPDATE: the returning policy needs me to wait for a month to get my money back so i'll just use this...also the guy at PTCL told me that both Cloud and Wingle operate in a 10m radius...so now i'll give it a shot for the three months i paid for

The Fair usage policy of 100GB per month or for three months? If it is three months, then it's kinna bad :s

Ptcl evo nitro usb is unlimited and costs 2100 per month only. Get that and a 3g router.
