MULTI Project CARS - Set for release on May 8

Project CARS seeks to become reality late 2014.



The newest trailer for Project CARS offers people another look into what Slighty Mad Studios says is the "most authentic, beautiful, intense, and technically-advanced racing game on the planet." You can judge it yourself in the video posted below, which is claimed to be footage from gameplay.


The game is currently in development for PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Wii U and is coming in November 2014 according to the trailer. The game will also support Sony's VR headset Project Morpheus

Lets hope they live up to it....as far as i know this was a crowd funded project. Desperately needing a deeper game.....Forza 5 is brilliant but lacking in dynamic day night cycle, weather, tracks and cars

Eagerly waiting for it to release, but i hope they fix the issues with the car physics before the release.

Graphically this game is fantastic, but when it comes to car physics Assetto Corsa beats it (as of now).

I already own Assetto Corsa and planning on buying PCars when it comes out

if this game has like before the practice session or qualifying session you can change the tyres and other settings of the cars that would make the game a must have for racing sim lovers

also a offline campaign mode just like the one in Grid 1

This comparison video (below) from driving game YouTube channel AdrianF1esp shows how much has changed in the last two years, for Project Cars.


Lighting, shadows, detail and landscaping are among the transformation for the game, developed by Slightly Mad Studios. The Windows PC video comparison uses the California Highway track from Project Cars, also due to be released on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, with a Wii U version coming in 2015.

The Xbox One/PS4 Version is for $60 (standard edition), so i am guessing the PC version will be at the same price.

BTW the Limited Edition has got me excited, dammit i might go legit with this one as well

I have played its earlier builds, i can assure you even those earlier builds were better than Drive Club let alone the final game. :tv:
