Dear Members,
I have attached a word file which contains a survey related to Internet (ISPs). I am sure this will not take much of your time, and will be very helpful for me.
Pls highlight your responses in RED and attach the completed questionnaire in your post below.
I have posted this a little late, and I hope i can have several responses by the days' end since pakgamers is a very busy community.
Further, if you are confused by question 10, pls read the explanation below after reading the question:
Products or services have certain ideal price points in the mind of the end consumer at which this consumer will consider purchasing that product or service.
for eg. lets take a new state of the art laptop for instance. In the mind of the end consumer:
1) A price too Expensive to consider purchasing could be Rs 120,000
2) A price slightly expensive but still worth considering could be Rs. 100,000
3) A price which the consumer feels is a bargain could be Rs. 75,000
4) A price which the consumer might think is too cheap and question the quality could be Rs. 50,000.
Similarly in our research, instead of one laptop we have given 3 different packages (512 Unlimited, 1 MB unlimited & 2 Mb unlimited) and are asking the end consumer at what prices would he/she consider each of these packages as:
1) A price too Expensive to consider purchasing
2) A price slightly expensive but still worth considering
3) A price which the consumer feels is a bargain
4) A price which the consumer might think is too cheap and question the quality
So you need to circle a price point for all 4 of the above points for each of the 3 packages mentioned.
Your cooperation will be much appreciated.
Regards.
