playstation store not signing in on zong 4g mbb

as the title says
I cant login to my account on either my ps4 or on the internet browser using zong 4g mbb .
its been happening for 2 weeks now.. and its not getting fixed I nEED HELP .. PLZ GUIDE ME.

Go to network in settings and select test internet connection, check if it says nat type 3

For me it worked fine, perhaps I have even used Zong 4G wingle to access my ps4 remotely on my galaxy s using Remote play. Perhaps the Nat type seems to make difference to a lot of users, but in my case
both Nat type 3 & Type 2 at different places and times have been fine to access via Zong 4g and on remote play. No problems.

Temporary fix found for psn sign in "failed"

I've found a temporary fix for PSN sign in failed error. All you have to do is switch your Zong 4G connection to 3G and it should sign in. This has worked for me. If it doesn't work for you the first time just switch to 3G, make sure you are not connected to the internet on your PS4, and reboot the Zong 4G device. Then connect PS4 to the internet and it should sign in.
