Why do we need invites on these websites? extratorrent isnt enuff for latest rips ?

i have 2 torrentday invites but i will apply some condition to give my invites
1)Member should have at least above 1500 post
2)He should have experience to maintain ratio so no noob here.
3)When member pm me than he must send me screenshot of there other private torrents account so that i can now the ratio.
4)If u dont qualify any of that 3 terms than even bother to pm and dont waste my time.
1 invite has been given to Pg member so 1 is left now.
