I used 2MB Dsl for an year or so and i was actually paying for 1MB student package, PTCL's glitches FTW :tv:
Recently they downgraded me to 1MB again <_<

Its not exactly a glitch. They just left my account uncapped for some odd reason. Otherwise all people on MSAG (in askari 14) have uncapped line profiles but have package capped accounts.

yea bro... it was converted today, and when i started download torrents, it reached 280 maximum and then became stable at 250 to 260.

Thnx man, well there is 1 vry irritating thing abt wi-tribe that they havent increased the download limit. It is still 40GB. I even posted two or three mail's to them...but didn't able to get an appropriate reply.
