This seems like Jale pe namak chidakna type event. On this day, Pakistan lost its Eastern-half in a war. Terrorists chose this day to hit a soft-spot of an already struggling nation to further demoralize it.

It is difficult to describe in words the roller-coaster of emotions that I have experienced today.

This event however reminds the fact that terrorists have no faith and sense of moral code/ethics; they are simply power hungry voilent fanatics who intend to expand their sphere of influence around the world.

This event also sends a message to strategists about dangers of breeding militancy for fulfillment of strategic objectives.

Words are not enough to condemn the barbaric attack on the Fauji Foundation School in Peshawar. I know the unthinkable loss of our children will not deter the resolve of Pakistan Army in crushing these vicious terrorists, but in fact will further strengthen it. This tragic event should also come as a lesson to those who have contemplated negotiations with Taliban. I have always said in the past and I say it again we must hunt down these barbarians across Pakistan and eliminate them without mercy. PM
